As a past supporter of The Woodland Farmers Market, we would like to give you an update on this fun and festive community event and share some new and exciting things we have planned for our 20th anniversary! Yes, we have been supporting our local agriculture for 20 years and we thank you for your continued support. We hope you are as excited as we are about this new season and we would encourage you to once again become an advertising partner/sponsor for our 20th season. Because we are a 501C3, your donation could be tax deductible.

Because we offer locally grown produce, educational opportunities for adults and kids, economic viability for local farmers, health and nutritional education and support for other non profit organizations, your support of The Woodland Farmers Market is benefiting your entire community
As you know, we have two locations for The Woodland Farmers Market. Our Tuesday evening market is at Woodland Healthcare from 4:30-7:00pm. This farmers market has been very successful and we have the continued support and cooperation with Woodland Healthcare to continue our Tuesday evening market on their campus. With locally grown fresh produce and baked goods, live music, face painting and prepared foods, this market has grown more popular every season. It is exciting to see new faces at the market each week and it is truly rewarding when we see the kids enjoying the market as well.
The Saturday morning market will continue to be in Downtown Woodland from 9am to Noon. We were directly on Main Street in 2015 and we hope to keep the Market on Main for our 20th season. This is a great venue for The Woodland Farmers Market and it is much more convenient for our customers to access the market with plenty of parking available. Our customers can walk, drive or bike to the market and enjoy what our local vendors have to offer. This location, being on Main Street, is easier for our elderly customers to walk around the market and also for families pushing strollers or wheel chairs. The street is blocked off to traffic so it is also a safe location for everyone
The Woodland Farmers’ Market wants to help give families a reason to come to Downtown Woodland on Saturday morning. This is a place where families and friends can meet every Saturday morning and enjoy our awesome historic downtown area and have access to some locally grown fresh produce. We encourage you to shop at the market and visit the great businesses in our downtown area. Our downtown is growing again and we are excited to be a part of it. We are truly a local farmers market which is another reason why you should join this project and show support for your local farmer by becoming one of our advertising partners/sponsor. Depending on the advertising package you select, your business will be associated with all of the events at the market. Your business will be featured on The Woodland Farmers Market web site, flyers, ads, posters and banners. Also, depending on the package you select, your business can set up a booth at our Saturday market for no additional charge.
The Woodland Farmers Market is a unique market since our vendors are located in a 100 mile radius of Woodland and many are from small family farms. Since the vendors are local, the customers get to know the person growing the food they are eating. We even have farmers who grow specialty items just for some of their customers! Wouldn’t you like your customers know you support our local agriculture which is what Woodland is all about?
So, The Woodland Farmers Market would like to invite you, once again, to be a part of this community event by taking advantage of the special advertising opportunities available to your company. In exchange for your advertising purchase, we offer an array of services that will help you connect with local shoppers. Being associated with The Woodland Farmer’s Market is a great way to access new customers or clients that live here in our community. Remember, tax deductions are nice, but knowing where that money is going is even better!
We are offering the following packages to help with advertising your business or product:
As an advertising partner at the $150 level, we will display your logo on The Woodland Farmers Market website and include your website link on our sponsor’s page. Check out the website at thewoodlandfarmersmarket.org
As an advertising partner at the $300 level, we offer the same services as the $150 level, plus your logo will be displayed on an advertising partner’s poster board that is displayed at every Tuesday and Saturday farmers market from mid May through September.
As an advertising partner at the $500 level, we offer the same services as the $300 level, plus your logo will be included on posters and fliers advertising the farmers market that are displayed and distributed around town.
As an advertising partner at the $750 level, we offer the same services as the $500 level, plus you are welcome to set up a booth promoting your market at any Saturday morning farmers market which will include the August 13th market which will also be the Woodland Tomato Festival that was visited by over 3000 people last year.
As an advertising partner at the $1000.00 level, we offer the same services as the $750.00 level, plus your logo will be included in the banner that is displayed at the corner of Main Street. This banner is displayed during the majority of the market season and is seen by thousands of people every day.
2016 is our 20th anniversary and it will be a great year for The Woodland Farmers Market and we hope you’ll consider partnering with us.
